Privacy
What this site keeps, and why.
Market League is a private, invite-only fantasy game run for a group of friends. It is not a business. This page says plainly what it stores about you, because Google requires it and because you should know.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your Google account id, email address, display name and profile picture. That is the whole of what we ask Google for. We never see your password.
- From playing: the leagues you join, the trades and rebuys you make, and daily snapshots of your standing. That is the game; without it there is no leaderboard.
- Housekeeping: a signed session cookie so you stay signed in, and a log of account actions such as invites and role changes.
What we do not do
- No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- No selling or sharing your data with anyone.
- No money. Tokens are a game score. The site holds no payment details and records no debts between players.
Who else sees anything
The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and the database. Team logos are loaded from the NHL's own image servers, so your browser contacts them the way it would on nhl.com. Google handles sign-in. Nobody else is involved.
Your league mates
Other members of a league you join can see your display name, picture, trades and standing in that league. That is the game.
Removing your data
Email [email protected] and your account, positions and history will be deleted. Signing out at any time ends the session on that device.
